Check Path under Installation Details
1.
If incorrect, remove configOptions.xml file from \AppData\Roaming\IMS\Clear Decisions.
2.
Check C:\Windows is there is a IMS.ini
file, if no, Copy from R:\IMSWIN.
3.
Make sure C:\Temp is present, otherwise create the folder with the name.
